CONTRATACIÓN DE TRANSPORTES SABADELL is a company dedicated to the transport of goods by national and international road.
INDALOTRANS LOGÍSTICA, S.L. is dedicated to the storage of merchandise and customs warehousing. Both companies form a perfect tandem to carry out logistical tasks.
General Management declares its commitment to comply with customer and regulatory requirements, and to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system, to ensure full customer satisfaction, the pillar of our activity.
To make these commitments a reality, the General Management has established the following Principles of action:
- To satisfy the requirements of our customers, as far as is possible.
- Consider the prevention of defects a priority before inspecting and correcting them. Seek the reduction of Non-Quality.
- To continuously increase the efficiency of our processes, where possible.
- Train staff about their implication in the Quality Management System, in order to develop a set of quality procedures with the collaboration of all departments.
Quality Objectives will be established and reviewed, periodically. Some of the principles of action set forth in this policy will be specified.
Likewise, the General Management is committed to reviewing this policy to ensure a continuous adaptation to the needs of the client.
Only by complying with these principles will we be able to meet the expectations of our clients, we will achieve our own personal satisfaction and be able to consolidate and improve our competitiveness and our expansion in the market.
